Welcome to the Guardian Platform! This page was designed to guide you in configuring your Guardian Account for the first time. Setup is a fairly straightforward process, but we’ll take it step-by-step. Here is an overview of the steps we will complete.
Once the above setups have been completed, you will be ready to invite and investigate your first applicant with the Guardian Platform.
The first step is to configure some basic settings in your Guardian account. Your agency settings can be located in the main menu under “Configuration. Please view the videos below to learn how to verify your agency contact information, add your logo, setup classifications, and more.

Coming Soon! Classifications are a great way to segment groups of applicants. Once applicants are assigned to a Classification, you use it to hide/show applicants in lists and reports, as well as provide custom forms or documents to applicants that belong to a specific classification.
