Does our agency have to be a certain size to use Guardian?

Guardian’s business model is right for every size agency whether you have 4, 40, 400, or 4000 cops. Not only do we offer the Triage Center for free, you are only charged when you actually conduct an investigation.

What if we don't hire that often?

No problem! Since you are only charged when you conduct an investigation and there are no monthly fees, you can simply use Guardian for your next hire and you will only be charged at that time.

We can't afford software

No, all you need is access to the internet using a Chrome browser. Guardian’s platform resides on the AWS Secure Govcloud and can be accessed anywhere, anytime, and from any computer by all users and applicants.

Are there annual storage costs?

No, the flat fee per background covers all your storage for that file in perpetuity.
