Sole Administrator Permissions, Unsorted Fax Access & Forms Fix

This release updates Personnel Management for sole agency administrators, expands Unsorted Fax assignment access, and corrects an issue that blocked some users from saving applicant forms and report narratives.

These updates will be applied automatically. There is no action required on your part.

Here's what's included:

Permission Updates for Sole Agency Administrators

Guardian is updating Personnel Management so an agency's only administrator can modify their own permissions when no other administrator is available to make the change.

Previously, a sole administrator could become locked out of correcting the agency's permission configuration because users were not allowed to update their own permissions. This change will provide a controlled self-service path while preserving normal permission checks.

Unsorted Fax Assignment Access

Guardian is expanding the Unsorted Fax workflow so users with the Unsorted Faxes permission can now assign incoming faxes to any active or archived investigation.

Previously, only supervisors could complete these assignments, while investigators and other non-supervisor users did not have the same level of access. With this update, all users who have the Unsorted Faxes permission will be able to review entries in the unsorted fax list and file them to the appropriate investigation.

Forms and Editing Narratives Fix

Guardian has corrected an issue that displays an error and prevents changes from being saved while some users created applicant forms or edited report narratives. This update allows users to save their work and exit the editor without losing recent changes.
